Returns and refunds

Since this is a PRE-ORDER, refunds will only be allowed before production and shipping.

If an item arrives damaged or there are items missing from an order, please contact us through social media or send us an email so we can get a replacement or issue a partial refund. We will only be able to replace missing or damaged items before after sales. Please note that since this is a PRE-ORDER, after production is complete, all products will be in limited quantity.
